Firehouse Square is comprised of 11 buildings totaling 56 three-story units. Homeowners own their property usque ad infero and usque ad coelum. This means that unlike condominium owners, our residents are owners of their lot and property from the ground up to the sky.
Our community consists of four different floor plans: Lockerbie, Meridian, St. Clair and the Lexington. Some master bedrooms are at the front of the unit, some are at the backside; some kitchens are in the front and some are in the back; most units have 1 master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms on the 3rd floor, and some have 2 master bedrooms; all-in-all each unit is a little different from the next. Square footage ranges from 1700 for interior units and 2175 for end units. The town-homes do not share walls with adjoining units; instead there is a one-inch separation between each adjoining unit with firewalls on either side of the separation and then the insulation and drywall. So you never hear your next door neighbors.
Another uniqueness to downtown living that Firehouse Square offers: an attached two-car garage; you won't have to worry about a surface lot or underground parking - instead drive into your own garage!
